Founder and owner of Galiz Research, a clinical research company specializing in conducting medical trials for psychiatric drugs. He helped bring to market life-changing medications such as Aripiprazole and Uzedi for schizophrenia, Memantine for memory disorders, Brexpiprazole for agitation, Cariprazine for bipolarism, and Valbenazine for chronic movement disorder.
Owner of Zelgg Investments and Pedraza Investment Group, residential real estate investment companies.
Owner of Galiz Coffee, an importer of gourmet Colombian coffee.
Owner and CEO of Team Galiz-Ebrea Brewing, a professional cycling racing team in Colombia.

Founder of Galiz Cycling Foundation, a non-profit that promotes health and fitness through cycling in Broward County.
Founder of Crime Watch for his Country Club Ranches neighborhood.

Married to Liliam Aguirre, father to their daughter Isabella, a student at the University of Florida, and human to Kaiser, their shepherd-mix dog.
